Seedling Shines at the Future Farming Forum in Parliament

On April 4, 2025, Seedling presented at the Future Farming Forum in Wellington, New Zealand, hosted at Parliament. The event united MPs, industry leaders, and Future Farmers to discuss sustainable agriculture, vital to New Zealand’s economy (79% of export revenue). Seedling’s Seb Chapman highlighted the Next Gen Agri Fund, invests to support young farmers in regenerative practices, addressing the succession crisis (average farmer age over 50). The Forum featured a keynote by Simon Upton, group discussions on sustainable solutions, and a Statement of Hope launch, emphasizing collaboration. Seedling’s participation underscored its commitment to a resilient agricultural future.
